Most orders are delivered via your local postal service and may arrive with your regular mail. If you are not available to receive your package, a notice card may be left with pickup instructions.

We ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to these addresses may take longer due to extra handling by postal services.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs clearance may occasionally cause delays in delivery times.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

To help minimize customs fees, we may declare your package as a “sample” with a lower value whenever possible.

Unexpected Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected events such as customs clearance, international shipping disruptions, or seasonal demand may cause delays beyond our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We currently ship to one address per order. If you would like to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
