At Paintbynumbers, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Every product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer an easy return or exchange process.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in brand-new condition;
- In the original packaging with all accessories/tags.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–6 business days.
Refund timelines:
- PayPal: within 48 hours
- Credit Card: 7–14 business days

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our Customer Support Team.
Each order remains in a processing state for 6 hours before being sent to our facility for fulfillment. After that, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Paintbynumbers will cover all costs for return or replacement.
You may choose:
- A free replacement; or
- A full refund including original shipping costs.
To process your request quickly, please provide photos or a short video along with your order number.

Incorrect Orders (wrong size or item chosen by customer):
- Returns and exchanges are accepted, but the customer is responsible for all shipping fees (both ways).
- Refunds will cover the product price only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
Unwanted Items:
- As some products are custom-printed, we generally do not accept returns for unwanted items.
- Please contact our Customer Support Team to discuss possible solutions.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If you believe you entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 6 hours of ordering. We will do our best to update it, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Paintbynumbers is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
In such cases, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Coverage: One-year warranty from the date of purchase for defects in materials and workmanship.
Included: Paints, brushes, and canvas under normal use.
Not Included: Damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs, extreme conditions, or normal wear and tear.
Resolution: Replacement parts (paints/brushes), reshipment, or store credit for verified defects.
Limitations: Warranty is limited to the purchase price of the item. It is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
